At Print Spark, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products. Because each of our items is produced with care and precision, all sales are final unless the product you receive is defective. Please review the following policy to understand our guidelines regarding product returns:
1. Defective Products Only

We will only accept returns or exchanges for products that arrive in defective condition (e.g., misprints, damaged materials, or other manufacturing errors).

Normal wear and tear or minor variations in color, finish, or size (as may occur during printing) do not qualify as defects.
2. Timeframe for Returns

If you believe you have received a defective product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

After this period, we will not be able to process any return or exchange.
3. Requesting a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@printspark.com with:

Order number and purchase date.

Description of the defect and, if possible, photos or videos showing the issue.

Our Customer Support team will review your request and determine if your product is eligible for a return or exchange under our policy.
4. Return/Exchange Process

If your item is deemed defective, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship it back or dispose of it, depending on the product type.

Upon receiving and confirming the defect, we will either:

Replace the defective product at no additional cost, or

Issue a refund to your original form of payment, at our discretion.

5. Shipping Costs

For approved defective returns, Print Spark will cover shipping costs related to returning the product or sending out a replacement.

If a return is shipped without first being approved by Customer Support, Print Spark cannot guarantee reimbursement of shipping costs.
6. Non-Defective Returns

Orders placed in error, changes of mind, or other non-defective concerns do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Please confirm all details (e.g., design, size, color) before finalizing your purchase.
