The prices outlined below are a result of careful consideration to offer you quality graphic design services at a reasonable cost. So we may continue to offer you our static pricing please work hand in hand with us by making sure that all of your project materials are in order prior to starting the creative process.
Materials Check List:
Project specifications:
- Type of layout (Brochure, Flyer, Postcard, ...)
- Style of layout (what kind of style are you looking for? Please provide examples is possible.)
- Size (3.5x2, 4x6, 8.5x11, ...)
- Finnishing Options (Folds, Perforations, Scoring, ...)
Copy:
- Please make sure that you are submitting the final copy.
- All copy needs to be proofed, spell checked, and poncutuated correctly prior to submission.
- We are not responsible for proofing your copy.
- Copy needs to specify Front and Back or panel number for brochures.
- Copy needs to be submitted in one of the following formats. (.doc, .pdf, .rtf, .txt)
Media:
- Pictures, graphs, and graphics need to be submitted at 300dpi to look respectable.
- Acceptable formats (.jpg, .png, .eps, .ai, .pdf, .tiff)
- The pricing does not include photoshoping images beyond color correction and croping.
- If submitting multiple images please zip or rar them.
Logo Submition:
- For optimal logo placment please submit logo file as .eps or .ai. Text needs to be converted to outlines.
- Other acceptable format. Submit logo file as a 300dpi .png file with transparent background.

Revisions
- Pricing includes one revision. A revision constitues of layout adjustments such as stylistic changes (colors, font type, layout arrangment).
- A revision does not constitute an update of copy. Fixing of minor spelling errors, dates, address, phone numbers, names are accepable and as long as they were present within the copy upon submition. However copy additions that alter the layout are an additional $50.00. Copy should be finalized prior submition.
Design Turn Around Time
Below is an estimation of how long certain design processes may take. Times may fluctuate depending on revisions based on your input. By opting to rush the design, your design will become priority. Rushing an order does not degrade quality and attention to detail. Rushing an order simply means that we will work extra hard to get your design out the door A.S.A.P. because we understand that sometimes things just work out a certain way. Please note that sometimes the rush option is not always available. At certain times it just may not be feasible to expedite the creative process.
